WIGGINS-CARGO. -- On Wednesday, May 26, 1875, at the residence of the bride's parents. No. 28 Market street this city, by Rev. J. W. Swaney, Rev. A. W. Wiggins, of Northfield, Iowa, and Miss Emma Cargo, of this place.

OWENS-CONRAD. -- At the residence of the bride's parents, Scalp Level, on Sunday, May 23, 1875, by Rev. Eash, Mr. Edward L. Owens, of Johnstown, and Miss Ida L. Conrad, of the former place.
